How many of you have cooked at home Milk Veal?
I remember back in the day that my father bought milk veal rib meat. I remember that bought that beef ribs, and I had to carve the rib bones out, cut 1-inch thick pieces, bag each piece individually and freeze it. For cooking, I remember it was just thaw it and cook it right away with just plain salt and pepper. That veal taste is so unique that I wish I could buy it again to treat my son who is turning 13 soon.
Now now… How many of you have bought milk veal in Houston, TX?
Any hint where I could buy good quality milk veal rib (whole ribcage)?
