How late does the car (revving, engine, etc…) noise around discovery green park go?

As the title suggests, I'm curious how late the car revving noise goes? 10ish? 12? So night?

Also, is there a better place to ask these types of questions?

I'm asking because we're looking to rent in the discovery green area and from the 9th floor at 9pm, this sat, facing the park (great view!) it was quiet loud.

But if it tapers off by 11, OR if this weekend (Earth Day) was exceptional bad, or if it was mainly a weekend issue, it would be good to know.

We're just looking to make an informed decision. As a bonus, what quiter areas would you recommend?
