How is the job market for IT with everything going on?

I am looking to move out of state to be near my family (the woodlands) and I see lots of listings surrounding my field (system administration in IT) being posted weekly; however, I am hearing from people it is really hard to get a job right now due to everything going on. Are you finding this to be the case?
