How hostile are the other stadiums this year?

People who have been to games in "hostile territory": How bad is it?

I live in Boston and usually try to watch the Astros play when they're in town. In previous seasons, I've experienced some very good-natured ribbing, and had an overall positive experience. This season feels different….
