How good of a QB do y’all think you need to be a contender year in year out

So for me my hope for the team is obviously a super bowl but a more realistic hope is to be consistently competing at a high level until a combo of luck and skills finally gets you over the hump. I think it seems pretty clear to most people that you can have holes in your roster but the common denominator is you need that QB. When I say year in year out contender I mean you’re expected to make the playoffs the vast majority of seasons and win at least a playoff game or two most years. I’m talking like 2000’s Steelers or Colts.

Anyways QB’s are on everyone’s minds around here so I’m curious what do you think is kinda the minimum you need to be consistently competitive at a high level?

Also this is not assuming our current roster. Work off the assumption that we have an average or slightly above average roster
