How good is our offensive line?

I only ever played football when I was really young, so I usually defer judgement on how good players are to people who are smarter than me. I’ve consistently seen the Texans offensive line ranked in the back half of the league, but then I see them completely hold off Myles Garrett. I’m mainly curious because I want to ensure that the Texans don’t have an Andrew Luck situation with Stroud.
