How good is Alex Cintron and Troy Snitker our batting coaches?

I am honestly asking this and am wondering what everyone thinks.

We all talk about how good our pitching coaches are and rightfully so. But I do not hear much about our hitting coaches either good or bad. Maybe I am out of the loop.

I know its part of baseball to go into slumps offense wise. But does anyone think our offense success may be because of talent vs how good our hitting coaches are? If we had different coaches would we see less slumps or shorter slumps? I personally think that if our hitting coaches were bad they would be fired. And also its a big league team. You do not become a big league team coach without being good.
