How do you report electioneering?

Hi! Who do I call when there is a dude wearing a Ted Heap shirt trying to pass out info and telling people to vote for Ted Heap while people are standing in line to vote? Isn’t this wrong? I can’t figure out where to call. I’m at the Clay Rd location of CyFair/Lonestar College. He clearly is past the no electioneering signs. He’s also talking into a walkie talkie every couple minutes and just looks like a jerk.
