How do you find jobs that pay decent that are entry level positions?

21 F and I’m looking to work somewhere else as I don’t want to work in food service anymore. I currently work at a bakery inside a grocery store and it’s okay (pay is alright along with hours for someone who lives with her mom plus coworkers are chill) but I forgot how clumsy I can be and ended up with multiple bruises on my arms and legs from machinery. Just the other day I cut myself and it drew blood. I would prefer to look into entry level healthcare places as my career I want to do is in healthcare but some positions require like 2 years of experience, or they’re too far from me and I don’t have that much experience under my belt. I’ve also tried looking and applying to positions at iah airport but none have called back. So I’m kind of stuck working here but if anyone could suggest anything I’ll look into it. And before anyone says indeed or zip recruiter yes I’ve tried those and have had little success. Also if there’s any jobs that are flexible with college courses that’s a bonus!
