How Do YOU Beat The Humidity?
So I've been living in Houston for over 7 years now. I grew up in South Carolina so I'm no stranger to humidity. But as I've gotten older and started working outside more (for a career almost), I sweat what feels like gallons in minutes. I'm drinking 4-6 liters of water a day and wearing moisture wicking clothing but it doesn't seem to help that much. I end my busiest days feeling like I jumped into a pool. A really gross pool.
How do YOU beat this humidity? SC had some breaks in the humidity but Houston is a swamp with buildings built on it. What else is there to do to help here?
