How do people in the homeless encampment by Tout Suite / "EaDo" get food?

There's a row of tents underneath the highway that runs by the BBVA Stadium.

I'm not sure what nonprofit services deliver to them, but if the normal services don't reach them, I'm thinking of grabbing a few friends and dropping off some food to them.
