How do I immigrate to Houston as a Canadian?

As mentioned in the title.

I (23M) am a graduate of the University of Toronto, I hold a BBA Finance. I have professional experience as well. I attached my resume so you all can see my experience level. Looking for basically any entry level data analysis role.

I need to leave Canada, it is completely unaffordable here, my insurance for a car is $730 per month, and on top of that the average pay is now looking to be roughly $50k CAD. I don’t see a future for myself here. I can never save enough for even a down payment on a home as all homes are in the upper 700’s.

I have been in Houston and I genuinely loved it. I just need some advice on how I can immigrate to Houston. Open to all suggestions.
