How do I get a mail-in ballot without having to print my own form?

I do not own a printer and I don’t feel safe going to a Kinko’s or FedEx. I want to vote by mail. I’m currently registered to vote already. Is it too late for mail-in voting? I want to do mail-in voting but is there a way to request it online?
