How difficult would it be to make the Texans a “fan owned” franchise?

This is more of a RANT than anything else:

Honestly, I know it all comes down to money; but at the end of the day our team needs to make some wise choices and idolizing the patriots from years ago with Tom Brady is not the move. The patriots got those rings with Brady, I don’t believe anyone could have done what Brady did. The same way Watson can only do what Watson does; he’s a magician end of story. But I want honest input on the thought of turning this team, our team into a fan owned franchise like the packers, (if I have the terminology wrong I apologize). But at the end of the day, a few years ago with the owner saying in my own interpretation “can’t let the inmates run the prison”, and the “this is how you build a wall” in the gm conference recently really irritates me based on Houston as a city and the obvious disconnect between ownership and fans. The obvious disrespect for the SUPERSTARS in that locker room is irritating to say the least. WATT said earlier this year he’s not looking to rebuild, and rightfully so, do to age and wear and tear of being in the league this long it makes since why he isn’t looking for that.

I am impressed with Watson and the receiving core that he didn’t really have, our o-line is awful, our defense used to stop every run and they’ve traded or pissed off those stars. THIS has Got to END.

I am from Houston and I and beginning to like other franchises more due to coaching and ownerships, at least on surface, appear to be respecting their fans and players more than our team is.

Please comment I want to know if others also feel this way or if I am alone in this.
