How did you get rid of your neighborhood Airbnb?

I’m sure this topic has come up here a few times by now, but I’d like some insight. My neighbor has an Airbnb that is the neighbor from hell. Trash left out for weeks, noisy neighbors, and the final straw from last night, one of the drunk tenants tried to enter my house at 2:30 am.

I’m beyond frustrated and my texts to the owner of said house have only gotten me terse responses and a bunch of excuses. I’ve reported to Airbnb, elevated my complaint to a “senior specialist,” and emailed the owner of my HOA. What else can be done to get this nuisance out of my neighborhood?
