How could I find someone to live with my family for a month or two to help with our child?

Normally I’m sure that would sound like a crazy request but we are having a tough time with two working parents working from home and an 18 month old.

Don’t want to use care.com…it’s too complicated for what we want. Would like to just pay someone a flat monthly rate and have them live with us rather than pay a website part of the fee.

Anyone know where I could find someone like this?
