How can I watch the Astros?

I’m living out of Houston and I have ESPN+, which does not show any Astros games. I’m thinking of getting mlb.tv but it says the subscription is only for out-market games streams and in market games wouldn’t be included. On top of that, it says location black outs still apply? Does this mean I have to pay 74$ + a monthly fee to maybe see some games? I’m I not understanding something or is the does MLB really not want us to watch games? Any help will be appreciated. I head YouTube TV could work but that’s like $80 a month…..
