How Can I Watch the Astros?

I live in Arkansas but I love my Houston teams. I wasn’t able to watch the Texans all season (with the exception of Thursday night against the eagles) but that’s ok because they’re not the best currently 🙂 Anyways, I would like to watch my Astros but a support lady told me from Hulu that even if I got Hulu + live TV, I still wouldn’t be able to watch them because they are out of my region. She added that I would have to change what region I am in from my IP address to watch them on any streaming service. Is this true? I know this might be a dumb question but I am quite unfamiliar with streaming services and region broadcasting. And advice is appreciated!
