How bad are trick or treaters in your area right now?

I live in a nice area in the south side, and I've never seen it this bad. Not a single mask in sight, HUGE crowds with cars blocking any way in or out of the neighborhood. A group actually roped off the roads with yellow tape, and nobody is being let in or out. I've been in this neighborhood since '84, and I've never seen such entitled behavior. We are literally parked in our neighborhood park waiting for Constables to let us in. Has COVID and other social issues just made people nuts?
