How am I supposed to sleep with these strobe lights pointed at my house literally all night long???

This car has been blasting bright strobe lights at my house since around 10pm. It’s 4:30am and I’ve been pretty much unable to sleep at all. Nobody informed me that this would be happening. I called the police, but while an officer was sent out, they did nothing. I don’t even know if this is a one-night thing or if this car will be back tomorrow. I don’t know what to do.
