HOV Double-White Lines
Particularly the ones on 45 – do they mean anything? In Dallas they have cameras and watch for drivers crossing in and out (it’s a solid ticket). Here in Houston it seems like drivers just treat it like another lane. Are the laws here different, or is just the enforcement different?
