Houston’s Refuse Incinerators

I've lived in the Houston area my whole life, and have come across only a couple of landfills, until the last couple of years. I've seen the massive trash mountains on the northeast and east sides of the city. Given the size of these, does Houston have trash incineration facilities? And if so, where are these located?
