Houston’s housing market on track for record 2019 as November remains strong

Home sales and prices were up year over year in the second-to-last month of 2019, which is now extremely likely to be another record-setting year, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.

Single-family home sales totaled 6,395 in November, up 3.6 percent from the same month a year earlier. Home sales for the first 11 months of the year are up 4.1 percent compared to the same period in 2018. Sales of all property types increased 2.1 percent to 7,577 units sold.
