Houston’s 2024 Michelin-Starred and Bib Gourmand Restaurants, Mapped

The Michelin Guide officially launched the inaugural Texas Michelin Guide in Houston on November 11, 2024, recognizing 30 Space City restaurants for their exceptional food. Six Houston area restaurants, including the first barbecue restaurant in Texas, were given one Michelin star, and 16 restaurants were given a Bib Gourmand, an honor that indicates “good food at a good value.”

Since then, reservations at many of these restaurants have surged, and lines are growing longer as more local diners and visitors aim to dine at some of the most notable restaurants in the city. But don’t let that deter you. Here’s a roundup of all the Michelin-starred restaurants and Bib Gourmands in Houston that, according to the tire company Michelin, are worth the drive.
