Houstonians who don’t have blinds. Why?

Maybe you have blinds idk but you don’t put them down. Not trying to be creepy but I can peak into your home. I always see this when I’m in the inner loop and richer neighborhoods. What’s the reasoning? I’m curious to know, not judging.
