Houstonians where are your go-to day trip destinations where you can clear your mind for a day?

Going through a lot and I want to drive (like 1.5 hours max out of Houston) and get out of here just for a few hours. I was just thinking about going to Surfside, Conroe, a state park, or something outdoors, but I need to do some work too + my laptop keyboard is messed up, so I don't want to get sand or something stuck in the keyboard (like maybe in a cafe with a patio or view idk). Just need to get out of here (also, the weather seems nice for Friday).
