Houstonians. What do your electric bills look like? Home/sq ft/provider.

I have a 1000 sq ft apartment with Texas Energy. I literally haven’t seen a bill less than $150 in almost a year. Am I getting ripped off? I remember when I used to get $50 monthly bills. It doesn’t help they make those “electricity facts” so hard to decipher.
