Houston Zoo… can I share my barcode with a friend?

Hi all,

I have a Houston Zoo membership. I'll be traveling a lot this coming year, can I share my barcode with a friend? I particularly want to be able to share it because zoo admission is cost prohibitive for them and their friends (they could bring friends in on my membership).

Does anyone know if this is a big deal or will we get in trouble?
