Houston Wedding Dress Tailor

I’m getting married next fall and I’m thinking about tailoring my mom’s old wedding dress to wear for my rehearsal dinner! I want to change the length from floor length to midi and I also cut the back out to make it larger to fit me. Does anyone know of a good tailor in the Houston area to do this? My mom wants a very trusted person since they’re gonna cut up her dress haha
