Houston water : does anyone else think it tastes “off” recently?

I run in the med center/Bellaire/Meyerland area and usually fill up my water bottle at fountains in the park/along the bayou. It’s usually fine but since Tuesday , I have noticed it tastes…. Off ? Like Metallic or contaminated. Anyone else have this experience?
