Houston tunnels
Hello, friends. I am a photographer and love Houston Rail Matro and the downtown tunnels. I take my camera and hop on the Metro. I also love to bring friends and family to take a tour of my favorite Houston places.
I will share the itinerary I use with family and friends when visiting Houston. My sister is coming with me tomorrow, and I want to add new places.
Do you know other places to see exciting things, restaurants, and landmarks inside and outside the tunnels or by the metro lines?
I will park my car at Fannin South station of the METRORail light rail station, buy a three-dollar Day pass and take the red line. I can stop at the medical center, the museum district, rice university, and all the downtown stops; also, you can go up to UH downtown; the campus is very nice, and you can see the bayou from there.
If I have the time, I will take the green line to Cesar Chavez/67th St stop and eat Mexican Pizza at Pixza Pizza inside the Old Town Harrisburg Mall; they close on Mondays.
Inside the tunnels, I have tried 5411 Empanadas, tacos, a go-go, and a Philipino restaurant that I don't remember the name of.
