Houston train on San Felipe

Does anyone know why the train ton San Felipe has started to use their horn. I live to close to the tracks(been here for a year) and they’ve never used their horns until now.

It happens at 2am and disturbs the entire neighborhood. Seems to have started after the bad storm that happened recently. I’m hoping it’s only temporary. If anyone knows why please let me know, I’ll be forced to move if it doesn’t change.
