Houston terminates Inframark’s contract for water facilities amid investigation into Kingwood plant

Earlier this year, an investigation was launched into odor complaints related to the Kingwood Central Wastewater Treatment Plant. Now, the city of Houston is cutting ties with the company that operated the facility.
