Houston teen "no billed" on Sunoco gas station clerk’s murder.

Mario Young was originally charged with murder of a Sunoco gas station clerk on January 19, 2024 after being followed by the store clerk for stealing a bag of chips. The two teens turned themselves in and claimed self-defence. They said they were scared of the clerk. Mario had a gun with him while stealing at the store. Mario shot the clerk while walking on the street for following them outside the store. The store clerk was following them in his car. He is now cleared of the murder charge by the grand jury.
