Houston Tailors who Do Morning Dress

I'm looking for a formal morning suit and I have no idea where to look in houston. Obviously this fashion is pretty far from typical in America and for some strange reason the market for knee length wool suits in Houston doesnt seem that large.

Does anyone know any tailors that do work like this?
