Houston Silver / Gold Buyers Highest Price?

Hi, I've got some scrap sterling silver and gold that I want to sell for melt in the Houston area. I googled and Houston Gold Exchange advertises "highest price paid" but wanted to check here first before venturing out for a quote. Has anyone had experience with local shops and selling scrap fine metals? I haven't sold these before so looking for some advice. I'm in the heights but willing to drive anywhere around the loop.
