Houston Rodeo: Where can I take my laptop to work for a couple of hours on grounds?

I’m going to the rodeo but not the concert. I need to work for a couple of hours. Where’s a good spot to sit and work on my laptop for a couple of hours? Bonus points for an outlet access.
