Houston Rockets Season Tickets refund?

I keep forgetting to reach out to my Ticket Service Exec so I thought I would come here in the mean time and see if anyone has any info to share about refunds or other compensation plans for unused season tickets. I'd rather get a refund as soon as possible before Tillman loses all his money.
