Houston restaurants with a view? Or just best restaurant to celebrate a birthday.

Searched on Google, but wanted to hear thoughts from this sr. Girlfriends birthday is next month and I’m looking for a restaurant with a view, but not outdoors given that it’ll probably be too cold. Honestly if you have any suggestions that don’t have a view l, but are just good celebration spots, that’s fine too. Budget is $0-$100 for our meal. Again, something with a nice view is preferred, but any suggestions are helpful.
