Houston Restaurants in Chinatown Offering Pickup & Delivery
A huge thanks goes to Mai Pham and OCA Greater Houston for their outreach to restaurants in this area. They are also running an Instagram #chinatowntogo challenge. From now until April 11, order to-go from Chinatown restaurants, post a photo with the hashtag #chinatowntogo, and tag Pham (@femme_foodie) as well as OCA Greater Houston. You’ll be entered to win one of five $100 gift cards — and give your followers some great ideas on what to eat, too.

Due to unfounded, premature coronavirus rumors in early February (weeks before there was any community spread), many restaurants in Houston’s Asiatown/Chinatown were struggling even before area dining-rooms were shuttered. Now, business is even harder. However, many are adapting by offering takeout, curbside pickup and delivery. Ordering from one of the places below is a good way to take a break from cooking while continuing to support local restaurants during this difficult time. If you don’t see one of your beloved eateries, check out websites and social media.
In addition, we have an ever-growing, citywide list, which includes a convenient map, and several other neighborhood-specific lists (plus, we are adding more daily):
- Our huge, city-wide list
- Restaurants in Montrose and the Museum District
- Restaurants in The Heights and near Washington Avenue
