Houston Restaurant Weeks 2024 Thread

Any recommendations for great meals to be had this year?

Mostly looking for high value restaurants that I would probably not be able to afford at other times.

Delicious food is important, but I might sacrifice some taste if the ambiance or other historical Factor makes the restaurant a "must go."

Or are there new restaurants on the list that are gems??
