Houston restaurant group temporarily consolidates amid coronavirus-related restrictions

Clark Cooper Concepts, the restaurant group behind Coppa Osteria, Brasserie 19, The Dunlavy and Punk’s Simple Southern Food, announced March 20 that it will temporarily consolidate its restaurants into Coppa Osteria.

The consolidated Coppa Osteria will serve food from all concepts, including pop-up specials from The Dunlavy, Brasserie 19, Punk’s and Satisfy, a new restaurant that was slated to open this spring. Themed specials will include Taco Tuesdays, Meatless Mondays and Throwback Thursdays…
