Houston real estate firm acquires 16-building industrial park

NAI Partners’ Investment Fund, investment arm of Houston-based NAI Partners, acquired the Avera Commerce Center from New York-based Raith Capital Partners for an undisclosed amount.

The 14.56-acre property is located in Stafford, southwest of Houston, and encompasses 16 buildings totaling 245,495 square feet of industrial space, according to a news release.
