Houston rap music recording studios–any recommendations?

Are there studios in the Houston area that ya'll would recommend? (Outside of SugarHill, Barron, or WireRoad that is)

Long story short–I've been working on creating an artist in Houston the last 6 months. Going the purely independent route we've established the concept of the album (written and pre-recorded in their home studio) and have a basis of instrumentals (about 25) we want to use to essentially create the foundation for the album (will be cut down to about 10.) We are also in the process of clearing the samples with the original artists and are about halfway there. All that set aside–we are looking for a studio that provides services for recording, mixing and mastering these tracks.

With that said, truthfully we dont want to fly back out to Brooklyn's Explode Studios (a place im very familiar with) due to convenience as we may need time to actually sit with the engineer and due to our conflicting schedules the location of the studio will be important come time we start sessions in October.
