Houston radio. What would you like to see different?

Hey everybody I’m in the middle of a project that I think I can hopefully pull off, but I wanted to get some insight. My goal is to start an online community radio similar to NTS.live and thelotradio.com that focuses on Houston musicians and hopefully later other cities in Texas. Being that the city is so huge it’s often hard to tap into all the live music in this city so I wanted to have a central area that showcases the cities talent. My question to you all is, what would you like to see here that would stand out from local radio stations? Do you even listen to local radio stations anymore? Personally I am tired of the same old things being played on almost all of the radio stations here and want some variety.
