Houston parks and recreation summer enrichment program

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with the Houston parks and recreation summer enrichment program which is a day camp for kids ages 6-13 during the summer, at different locations. I don't know anybody who's gone before and wondering if it would be a good option for my kids. I know it may be location dependent but any feedback would be very helpful.
