Houston Methodist Pre-Employment Screening

For the new hire health/fitness evaluations and drug testing for potential Houston Methodist employees, what are they evaluating for health/fitness; what tests are they conducting and what are they screening for?

Also, for the drug testing, is it a urine, blood, or hair follicle test?

Any insight from someone that has recently been through the process would be greatly appreciated.
