Houston Methodist, Cigna make deals after facing disputes with other companies

Houston Methodist and Connecticut-based insurance company Cigna Corp. (NYSE: CI) made two new deals in the wake of separate disputes with other companies.

Cigna and Houston Methodist reached a long-term agreement to keep the health care system in network for Cigna customers, according to a press release.
