Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner signs MOU to move I-45 expansion project forward

On Dec. 19, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner held a press conference with local and state officials to announce a memorandum of understanding for the North Houston Highway Improvement Project, a massive Interstate 45 overhaul that has faced opposition from many people in the Houston area.
