Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner changes course on recommendations for affordable housing funding

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner announced Oct. 11 that his administration would no longer recommend a development at the center of controversy over affordable housing funding. Now, Turner’s administration plans to recommend two different developments for Houston City Council to consider for funding.
